We intend to seek a Development Approval as a State Significant Development under the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 (the EP&A Act) for NSW. We are preparing to submit a scoping report to obtain project-specific environmental assessment requirements. An Environmental Impact Statement will then be prepared to address the requirements as part of our development application.

Wanganella Renewable Energy Hub intends to connect to New South Wales' electricity network via a switching station connecting to the proposed 500kV Victoria to New South Wales Interconnector West (VNI West).
Wanganella Renewable Energy Hub is expected to commence operations by 2032.
